Transition

Transition

We are delighted to welcome you and your child to Ibstock School which is part of the LiFE Multi Academy Trust. This is the start of a real partnership as school and home work together to ensure your child receives the very best education, and can take advantage of all the opportunities we have to offer them at our school.

Moving from primary to secondary school can feel like a big step for children and their families, and this is natural. Our staff are looking forward to helping you and your child prepare for this exciting step in their education journey. We have lots of activities planned to support you and your child through this journey to make the transition as smooth as possible.

To help us prepare for the transfer, please complete our Admissions Form. It is important that we receive this information to ensure a smooth transition for your child. The link to the ICT Acceptable Use Agreement can be found here – ICT Acceptable Use Agreement 2026
