Dear Families and Carers of Year 9
We are delighted to invite you to the Year 9 Progress and Options Evening on Thursday 5 February 2026 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This event is an opportunity to discuss your child’s learning and progress with their subject teachers, whilst exploring the subject choices open to students as they move from Year 9 into Year 10.
Unfortunately, due to staff absence we are unable to offer appointments for students who are in Science 9C. If you require feedback for your child in this class please email their current teacher.
In advance of the evening, you will receive your child’s report with their Attitude to Learning for each subject and their Progress statement.
Booking Information
The appointment booking system will open on Wednesday 21 January at 7:00 pm and close on Tuesday 3 February at 9:00 am. Please book your appointment via the Arbor app or website, following the instructions attached.
Due to the number of students that teachers have to see, we are only able to offer one appointment per child.
