As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure all eligible students receive the support they deserve, we are writing to ask for your assistance in determining if your child qualifies for free school meals.

To check eligibility, we kindly request that you provide us with your National Insurance Number (NI). This will allow us to verify your child’s entitlement to free school meals through the relevant government service.

As a thank you for your cooperation, should your child be eligible for free school meals, we will credit your ParentPay account with a £50 voucher to be used for school-related purchases. This is our way of supporting your child’s education. This will be as well as your child receiving a free meal every day whilst on roll at Ibstock School.

Please be assured that all information provided will be handled confidentially, in accordance with data protection regulations.

Even if you believe you are not eligible, your response will help us to ensure that no opportunities are missed.
