We hope this letter finds you well. As we approach the end of the academic year, we are excited to announce our plans for our Year 11 Prom.

The Year 11 Prom will be held on 19 June 2025 at Bosworth Hall Hotel, and promises to be an enchanting evening filled with music, dancing, delicious food, and camaraderie among peers. The event is a significant milestone in our students’ lives, celebrating their, hard work, achievements and the memories they’ve created throughout their time with us.

We understand that safety is paramount, to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We will have trained staff present throughout the event, and appropriate measures will be in place to adhere to any relevant health and safety guidelines.

We kindly request your support in encouraging your child to attend this event. It’s a wonderful opportunity for them to create lasting memories with their peers before they embark on the next chapter of their lives. Please review the following information regarding ticket prices, dress code, and any other pertinent details.

Invitational event– This event will be an exclusive event held for students who consistently meet OUR school values and uphold our school expectations on a daily basis. The event is organised by Ibstock School and therefore students not adhering to the following may have their invitation withdrawn up to the day and time of the event:

  • Attendance
  • Punctuality to lessons ​
  • Attendance to assessments and exams
  • Arriving at school in full correct uniform and having the correct equipment
  • Any incidents that do not uphold our Ibstock School values

Time: 6pm- 10pm

Price: £35 per person ​

Includes; Mocktails, buffet style food & DJ

Payments will be through ParentPay and can be paid in full or in instalments.

Deposit of £10.00 must be paid by Monday 31 March 2025 and tickets paid in full by 12 May 2025.
